Methodology

Our methodology for search mandates is based on the following fundamentals:

  • Integrity and discretion.
  • In-depth analysis of the environment of the position to be filled.
  • Respect for deadlines set at the start of the mission.
  • Complete availability to inform client and candidates on mandate’s progress.
  • Interview with the candidate, 6 months post arrival, to assess quality of integration.
  • Search for a new candidate, without additional fees, if the candidate recruited leaves the position within 6 months.

Once the search mandate has been signed, and with the aim of getting client and preferred candidate to agree within 100 days, our standard procedure is:

  • 2 days: In-depth knowledge of the mandate’s environment. Definition of the procedure. Definition of target companies.
  • 14 days, meeting with the client: Market reactions. Long-list of potential candidates. Presentation of a first candidate. If necessary, adjustments to search strategy.
  • Between 15 and 60 days, with regular meetings with the client: Organizing the presentation of candidates to the client, with a detailed file on each candidate. Short-list of selected candidates.
  • Following weeks: Assisting client and candidates in their decision-making process. Obtaining references. Advice on drafting the offer.
