- Based in Paris, Gael de Roquefeuil is an executive search consultant specializing in financial services.
- Prior to founding ROC Partners in 2010, Gael was a senior client partner in the financial services practice of Korn/Ferry in Paris.
- In 2002, after 16 years abroad, he returned to his native France as partner with Odgers Berndtson.
- He began his executive search career in 1999, in Singapore.
- Previously, Gael worked for UBS, first in Hong Kong and later in Singapore to co-manage, with the local partners, the firm’s joint venture.
- Prior to that, he was with Goldman Sachs’ capital markets division in London.
- He began his banking career in corporate finance with Smith Barney in New York and in Tokyo.
- Gael holds an M.B.A. from Wharton. In addition to his native French, he is fluent in English.
- He was trained in “How to recruit without discriminating” by the À Compétence Égale association.
- Gael lectures on careers in finance at INSEAD.
